Luna Beberide Mencia is a red wine native to the northwest region of Spain. The wine has a history of being a simple rustic wine. Today, through improved fermenting efforts, this wine is complex and bright with a fresh acidity and notes of dark fruits and herbs like mint and thyme.

Second Course

Honey Roasted Fig Salad
Arugula, pears, pomegranate & spiced walnuts
Giesen Pinot Gris is a white wine that includes a range of aromas like pear, peach and honeydew with spice notes of cinnamon and lavender. This wine has vibrant fruit tones with a well-structured finish on the palate.

Third Course

Hazelnut Crusted Lamb Rack
Parmesan-pumpkin polenta, roasted Brussels sprouts, rosemary jus
Madison Rouge is a red-blend that offers a variety of grapes including the Merlot grape. This fruity, sweetly ripe red wine is a great house wine, offering simple drinkability with a cooked rhubarb undertone.

Fourth Course

Chocolate Tart with Raspberries
Ricossa Brachetto is a refreshing bright light garnet color and showcases aromas of orange blossoms, sorbet and honey. This medium bodied wine is tangy with a tangerine finish.
